Ordered a dish drainer. Then it didn't arrive. Phoned, said out of stock, waiting on a delivery. I phoned on and off for a few weeks. Still on in. The last call, a woman said he'll call you back. Never did. Now when I call it just rings out, no answer. Good job I only lost Round 4.50.
