        The Indian lady working there was very abrupt n rude n cold. I will never take my clothes there again.

        Staff were nice and friendly but there was an issue with our rug that we got cleaned. First time using Timpson and they sent us a text message to say that it was ready to pick up so wasted a journey there to find out that they dont have it which worried us a lot as they had lost it and it wasnt ours, it was from a rental property. They eventually found it a week or so later and we were able to pick up. But wasted a journey and time 1st time

        Katrina is an outstanding employee and Timpson HQ should be extremely proud of her I have been using this branch for several years and never have I seen her without a smile or a courteous manner. She has always have been excellent and often go out of her way to ensure my dry cleaning (typically shirts) is done well and on time. Katrina does this from within herself you can tell she is a genuinely outstanding employee and clearly a people person. Katrina has been very helpful and her customer service is second to none! My go to place when I need my stuff dry cleaned! Timpson HQ Take Note !
