I don't normally write reviews, but as i saw there was only one other review and it was 1* I felt obliged to comment. I have had a range of physical conditions requiring specialist appointments and genetic counselling. Dr Shah has enabled all of these things to happen in a gentle, helpful and efficient manner. I have been extremely happy with my standard of care. I have spent 30 years with consistent involvement in the NHS and I have nothing but praise for Dr Shah's treatment of me as a patient.

Upma Shah who is the the lead doctor at Stag lane is highly unprofessional, rude and arrogant person. I visited the clinic on 13th March at around 12 in the noon and witness a shocking incident. Upma shah was shouting, screaming and scolding a black receptionist lady. The blank receptionist lady was almost in tears. Last year, on couple of occasions over phone and face to face, she has been rude to me as well when I was inquiring about my referral. I escalated my incident to the trusty.
