Ive been having problems with my stomach for the last 7 years and I kept being prescribed same medicine for it so after years of being on it and after not seeing the same results I requested further investigation or tests to find a more permanent solution. They suggested me to stop the tablets for 2 weeks to be able to do the test. After 6 days of stopping it I had severe pain and difficulty breathing so I requested to be prescribed my tablets as an emergency. Dr.Lloyds from willow tree family doctors called me and not only she didnt have any sympathy she was almost shouting at me, and belittled me for the problem I have and made me feel terrible for asking for the tablets they have prescribed for me themselves!!! And after completely ignoring my symptoms and not even letting me speak she hung up the phone on me!!! I have never been treated by a doctor this poorly and felt this bad about myself by anyone!

I have been with the practice 3 odd years. They have left my repeat prescriptions at their reception desk without sending to my appointed Pharmacy. I only know when I call to ask why I haven't got my prescriptions yet. How am I supposed to know their computer printed it off and it's been left at reception! I don't have a crystal ball! They could call to inform me! I have missed taking a couple of days of medications because of this! I have been trying to get an appointment for months. My hospital requested a blood test for me. Neither have they responded to my hospital nor to me. They asked me to fill out an econsult form which I did. I called plus sent an email and just got asked to fill an econsilt form again. No one bothered reading my email. I have no idea who's been giving 5 star reviews but I would question it! Whenever I make a complaint about any matter I get sent a letter repeating my complaint but not much in the way of a rational response or apology! The same issues keep occuring over and over again! I was looking for doctors near me with good reviews to change to and imagine my horror at seeing this practice has 5 reviews. This must be the old doctors from before they moved to Stay lane!

I was fascinated by the attitude and thorough review Rebecca did to my two children. To me, she is a true professional and a person with a big heart.
