After being a patient for 20 years at this dentist surgery, I experienced unacceptable service. I called two weeks ago regarding a cracked tooth and made an appointment for this to be sorted only to find that my appointment was just a check up. As a patient who has a phobia . The Dentist was not understanding of my fear and practically blamed me of not visiting the surgery earlier and COVID. Im very unhappy with the service I received and felt the situation should have been handled better. In the past I have always recommended this surgery and been pleased with the service Ive received.

"Sorry we are too busy" You literally have more chance of seeing a flying golden Unicorn then getting any help from these guys.
