Awful customer service from Binta and Pradeep today. I tried to redeem a coupon, but there was a problem with the till and Binta was getting an error message. She said its my problem and I should call the coupon people. The error clearly was addressed for staff to call their help desk but I asked for the number, she said theres no number and I should get the number to call the coupon people. She was rude, and very dismissive. I asked to speak to a manager to see if they would listen to me and see what the issue was, but she told me I dont need the manager and that she already told me it doesnt work. Pradeep came over, but wasnt helpful at all even though he was polite. He didnt want to listen and just came to protect his colleague and reiterate what she was saying. I spoke to Tesco customer service after I left, to which they said staff are supposed to carry out the Unscanned voucher procedure or to call their help desk. Either way, my voucher expired after 20 minutes so I couldnt get it back. And Bintas poor customer service skills and rude personality left me with no desire to return to that store. That woman needs some serious training, they all do but her nasty personality made her the worst member of the team even though theyre equally incompetent. All that over coupon! Use some common sense.

A Staff member was extremely rude when I attempted to drop parcels off for evri collection, the member of staff wouldn't even look at me almost asif to say I was beneath him? Extremely rude. I asked if I could drop the parcels to which he stares completely away from my field of vision and says it isn't working. No apologises or sympathies as I'd had to travel quite a distance with the heavy parcels, There was no information online or outside the store stating evri wasn't available to use after a certain time. Store needs training in customer service.
