        Have been getting celebration cakes from Kool cakes-Kingsbury for almost 8 years now....and very happy with the consistency of taste and freshness.

        No option to leave no stars. Ordered a cake for my wife's 50th a week before. Upon collection on the day, the design on the cake was basic at best, nothing like what I specifically requested. Gave the pathetic reason that baker did what they thought should be on there. When I asked to speak to the manager Paul, made the excuse he was not available. No apology and rude staff. Highly recommend to never to order from Kool cakes unless you ready to accept disappointment.

        The lady who answered the phone was very rude. She hung up the phone call with out ending the phone call and didnt respond to the phone calls again.

        Ordered a cake with the help of Shabnum for a 21st celebration and loved it. The design was exactly how I wanted and it tasted great!
