        The Pearl Lounge Bar is the only place you can buy wine or beer in the whole foodhall. They closed for AN HOUR in the early evening (1600-1700) because the two staff were "too tired" to serve. I'm not begrudging anyone a lunchbreak, however you should not allow both staff to take such a long break at the same time. There was a queue of people who had ordered on the app (which still showed it as open). After around 40 mins, a man came to ask if we still wanted the order! This is unacceptable. After 40 mins we were nearly finished eating and had already forked out for overpriced soft drinks from one of the restaurants. Very poor customer service.
