Been going here for years but so disappointed at last visit as buying a riding hat for my daughter. She told lady it was too tight but she said it was fine. Took it away daughter rode for half hr and the hat was hurting her alot. Phoned up shop spoke to man and said Id bring it back first thing! As soon as I got there the guy said we dont refund hats and his wife wouldnt sell one that was far to tight and not right shape for her head ( but she did ) I also had a second opinion from else where about the hat as well! All the lady could do was stick a bigger liner in it for her! Will not be shopping there again
