Awfully rude and tell me off for topping up electric via paypoint. I feel like I am a burden. i actually left crying. I asked to top up and they told me they had told me before they cant top up on weekends as its busy - THEY NEVER TOLD ME THIS. The owner (I think) then continued to gaslight me and say he had. Absolutely awful energy going into this shop every time. Every. Single. Time. That was my last. Never again. Avoid, and if you have to top up paypoint there is a really friendly shop up on mare street near marks and spencer's called organic fruit and veg. Really polite and friendly in there. I write this so the shop can hopefully improve on their customer service and no one is left feeling like I did when they left.

Staff frequently try to add 10 extra to bill when paying by card to see if you notice.

Absolutely ridiculous people! They decline to top up your gas and electric if you don't buy anything there. I am not obliged to pay for your overpriced things but you have to top up my card if you have that machine. You have just left me having to travel over two miles in lockdown with a vulnerable parent at home. I will be taking this further to Paypoint!

I agree, they don't know the words please or thankyou and one must be very careful checking your change or the amount they key in when paying by card. I live on Broadway Market and have been overcharged about 6 times, they always sort it out but imagine on a Saturday with tourists!

These guys are all the most miserable people. They are annoyed at your presence and charge you to use the paypoint. The worst service I've ever experienced in all of London.
