Weve eaten lunch twice and both time we were very satisfied. The setting is different and charming. The food and service were good both times. I will recommend this place to anybody. The only thing that stopped me for given it a 5 stars was that they didnt have Prosecco and the wine wasnt cold enough for my taste. Parking: No problem parking in the area.

This was supposed to be one of the highlights of this visit and it ended up being the worst. It started nice and the drinks were excellent, but after sitting for more than 20 minutes without being served anything, my mom found out, they didn't order her first. Ok, we moved on. I took the steak, and especially mentioned 2-3 times that I want it medium rare and definitely not over medium. The meat finally arrived after more than 40 minutes. It was room temperature with a healthy amount of its juices already on the plate, I'm guessing because of long waiting time. It was medium well, hard and dry, which I noticed immediately and called the waiter. They offered to replace it but we didn't want to wait again 30 minutes for a new one. They didn't charge us for that, but it didn't help my mood or hunger. I ate a bit of it, but it was far from being satisfying. I can understand that the menu is shorter after the long weekend, but i can't accept that the general feeling is let's get it over with.

Great experience all in all, although some things have to be improved. The place is located partially in a green house and partially indoors. The greenhouse also includes the open kitchen - which makes the place quite Smokey. Luckily, indoors it was fine. Staff was not great - not very attentive or aware. We ordered the usual suspects - bread and fish and were quite happy with it, but quite disappointed by the beef, which was very fatty and didnt have much meat. The original BRAT is a nicer place in all criteria, but if you can get a reservation, come here.
