Genuinely the worst customer experience I have ever had to be honest. I wanted to send a small book with next day delivery and it cost 12.18??? I took a picture of the receipt to show to my parents as I wasnt sure if it was right or not and they were both confused as to how I had been charged so much. While doing this I had lost the receipt in the wind. I went back to the post office to get my parcel back and to get a refund and the lady (who was extremely rude) said that she couldnt do anything without a receipt, yet the picture I had of the receipt shown all the details very clearly. However I was told its not good enough. Left feeling extremely anxious.

Happy they are open again. Would be good if they had a printer as some labels require printing and there's no internet cafe close by. They could also sell stationary and nice notebooks, they'll probably sell more. But service is friendly
