        I was just there for 10 minutes and the waiting time in line was 8 minutes. I was to return an item and it was very quick and nice and done in 1 minute!

        Consistently tries to upsell the postage or anything possible. Make sure you know the measurements and weight of what you are sending. Stopped going there and now I go to a different post office.

        I booked an Amazon return and carried the large parcel all the way in the rain only to be told it was too big and Id have to organise it through Royal Mail. There was no willingness to help beyond turning me away. If there is a limit on size it would be helpful for the PO to communicate this with Amazon to save everyone with large/bulky parcels making the same error
