Lenny is the consummate professional. I've been working with him one on one for a couple of years now to work through running and yoga injuries, post partum recovery and building my strength. In particular, the PRI work we have done together has transformed my ability to move my body pain free. He has an incredible attention to detail, deep experience, and easy manner. An absolute gem. Does actually make you exercise though.

I have been training with Lenny for 3 years - I had rolled both ankles and hurt my toe, so couldnt run properly, and I had debilitating shoulder and neck pain. I am now 3 years mostly pain free, I am mucb more attuned to my body and I am stronger than I ever was. Lenny has been nothing but encouraging throughout and we actually train remote too. And the PRI (postural restoration work) he does is cutting edge and really hard to come by in Europe. And, he really cares about his clients. Absolute a gem of a rockstar!

Cant recommend the Body School highly enough! I first started working with them in-person to help address persistent back pain, which many physios, a chiropractor, pilates classes and yoga hadnt helped with. In the time weve been working together my pain symptoms have decreased, I feel stronger, have better posture, and move better. I love the Body Schools approach because its really targeted to my specific issues and combines lots of practical exercises and techniques. The breath work (PRI work Google it!) has been a revelation. So I went in expecting pain relief like a physio would provide (which it delivered on), but now I treat it as a core part of my all around fitness training. Lenny is a brilliant coach and all around top guy. I have access to a wealth of content and videos on the online platform, and 100% personalised training plans on an app which I can take to the gym with me or do at home very helpful for keeping motivated. Before finding The Body School, I had tried multiple doctors and physical therapists to address my pain and movement issues, but none of them were effective. Lenny is the first one to connect the dots on things that I thought were all separate issues. I left the studio after the first day feeling better and optimistic. I don't usually write reviews but I've been telling everyone in London about Lenny so I figured I should do the same here. Lenny is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, making sure to customize my training to suit my unique needs and preferences. He introduced me to the world of PRI (Postural Respiration Institute) techniques, which are strange at first and challenging to master, but have made a significant difference in my overall health and well-being. Once we got through some of the initial PRI breathing exercises, Lenny integrated the PRI techniques into a comprehensive training program that continues to improve my posture while improving my cardio and building muscle and strength. Working with Lenny has not only improved my physical health but also boosted my confidence and mental well-being. His unwavering support and guidance have been instrumental in my progress. I cannot recommend The Body School and Lenny highly enough to anyone looking for a training program to reduce pain, improve posture, build strength, and just improve your overall well-being.

Joining The Body School and working 1 on 1 with Lenny has literally been life changing. Ive suffered (for over 20 years) with various niggles and pain as a result of my training and exercise and I could never get to the bottom of it despite trying so many things and seeing so many body work therapists. Initially I joined The Body School and after just a few months of doing the weekly online classes my body was starting to feel different. I started to feel more ease in my joints, my posture changed and as I walked, moved and worked out my body just felt so much better and the pain and niggles had drastically reduced. I then knew it was time to re-evaluate the way I was training/exercising and ensure it was only in favour of health and longevity and supportive of MY body and posture. At 43 I want to make sure Im training FOR my body and health not against it. So I started working with Lenny 1 on 1 for a personalised strength training programme which also includes daily postural restoration (breathing) exercises. All of this combined has literally changed my life and Im so so thankful I found it. Ill never look back!
