I have been to a few S&C sessions with my netball team and Dan never disappoints. Always a great work out bespoke for our fitness needs, as well as being a fun enjoyable session. Would 100% recommend!

I had the opportunity to have Dan work with my 15 years old boy through a crucial phase of his development in football. Dan is a great listener and a calm and patient leader, and those qualities help him set up an immediate connection with the athlete and understand the correct work plan for the individual. My son enjoyed every minute of his time with Dan and I can only recommend him as the ideal coach, work partner and instructor. Marco.

Dan is a brilliant PT and coach. Fantastic to work with and really knows what hes talking about. His training is smart and very well thought out and hes brilliant at working with your goals. I cant really speak more highly of him and would very happily recommend him to anyone.
