AWFULL,TERRIBLE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!! My seaboard has been faulty, playing keys which I am not using, I have tried contacting Roli through many means and finally I have received emails back from them, but even though the product is still in warranty that tell me they do not have the parts to repair it and they have and continue to ignore my request for a refund!!!!!!!!

Loved my seaboard rise when it first arrived. However the USB input and one of the keys was faulty after a couple of weeks leading me to get in touch with roil. So far customer service has failed to repair the keyboard (even though in warranty) it has been a year since first contact and still nothing. Its a shame but the roli 49 now sits in storage as I can no longer use it due to its faults. Very sad as it cost me $2000 NZD Please remedy the customer service issue. Heaps of people have mentioned it now. A few months is one thing but over a year is just too long

Ordered a loop block, stated that it would be dispatched within three weeks. After a month I emailed to tell them I still hadnt received it and I was moving house so would need to change the delivery address. No response. Another month later I get an email saying they are sorry thats its taking longer than usual to reply to customer service emails but I could reply to add more information, so I told them I had now moved, still no response. Another two weeks go by and I get a tracking email, going to the the old address. Again I emailed them to say I wouldnt receive it, no response. It is now two months later and Ive heard nothing from the company. They have had my money for 4 months and Im still to receive anything from them. No customer support whatsoever.

I have asked for money back and still heard nothing !!! This company sucks!! Customer service gives no response and they have still not responded to my requests and nothing refunded...

Customer service is really slow and not automated I have already exchanged around 60 emails with them. The only way to return is by printing the return labels which is quite annoying. The whole costumer experience is time consuming. Update: Customer support sucks even more after COVID.
