Joe Read & his team at Dexters Hackney were exceptional at providing assistance throughout the entire process of me letting my flat. They explained all the jargon, were fair, honest, patient, attentive and most importantly speedy at hosting lots of viewings eventually resulting in a suitable tenant within 1 week of listing; above asking rent price too!!! They took care of every step and advised me on the best way to proceed throughout and for that I will be eternally grateful as Ive heard in some cases it can be quite a daunting experience. I would 100% recommend to others and wouldnt dream of using another agency for my property in the future.
