Thirzie's portfolio highlights niche property gems; seeking out the characterful and beauteous. We were fortunate to live as tenants in one such Hackney property. Herself and Sam treated the property as their own; taking interest in its upkeep and working to provide thorough solutions to any maintenance issues that came up. Thirzie and Sam's communication throughout the tenancy has been empathetic, professional and thorough, with regard for our wellbeing considered throughout; more personable by far than the larger estate agents we had experienced prior.

Where do I start, i felt the same as everyone else. Thirzie was a breath of fresh air, so kind and caring- I put my property on the market to sell with her, knowing I was in ill health and needed to sell my property fast. She was dishonest and kept my property off the market for three weeks to suit her. She made up a story(I have emails with her lies) she is inexperienced with selling properties, I had to inform her on issues which could have been avoided, with Thirzies other mistake my property was off the market for 6 weeks in a decreasing market (which means Im now financially out of pocket) she undermined and spoke to me as if I was 5. She used my health to manipulate to better the buyers position( they had some strange relationship) she enmeshed herself into my life and discrimination by questioned if I was even ill. Her lack of boundaries and need to micromanage was very unsettling, I felt uncomfortable with her behaviour, which became more and more controlling and manipulative and wished that Id never let this woman into my life. She is very clever, Ive met narcissists before, but never one that can lie and stay calm. She made the buyer into a victim, that she was crying and she had no family etc.. Her care and kindness is purely control, she portrays a professional, caring person, but Ive seen the real side to this woman. I dont want her anywhere near me and currently seeking legal advice. For me Dexters are the most professional estate agent and the comparison to selling a property is evident. Interesting how many positive reviews start to immediately increase after my review.

The service from Thirzie has been exceptional. The whole process has been professional, friendly and efficient. From showing, credit and lease processing to move in and beyond. I would recommend Thirzie Hall to both landlords and tenants.
