My boiler failed on a Sunday and it was great to have Kris come out that same day to take a look. He wasn't able to fix it that day because he needed a part, but it seems like he spent a fair amount of time thinking about and researching the problem over the next 48 hours. That careful thought ended up saving me about 100 pounds because in the end the replacement part needed was less expensive than the part he initially thought needed to be replaced. Only feedback is that he could have been a bit more communicative while he was doing that research because for a while I wasn't sure whether he had ghosted me!

Kris @ Flowline comes highly recommended from me. He was responsive and engaged in the work planning process and gave helpful guidance throughout (work consisted of radiator replacements and removals, boiler repaid and upgrade of heating control system to smart meter / e-controlled). He completed the work on time, within budget and to a very high standard. I was very happy with the output and Kris is now my go to for all heating / plumbing jobs.
