A good marketing agency with the freedom of scope to scale most projects. I recently used Dream Random for a social media campaign which helped drive some great, qualified traffic to my website. The guys there seemed very technically astute, and provided excellent insights into the current marketing trends. Both natural and paid seearch provided a decent ROI. I'd highly recommend them if you're put off by the pricing structure, and overheads of some other London agencies. I decided to give these guys a go after being burned by a well-known SEO agency in central, and don't regret it!

Dream Random a very relaxed but serious environment. The team is small, but fun to be around. No two days are the same. Pros -- you get a bit of room to be entrepreneurial. Con's -- as I mentioned, it's a relaxed environment but can it can quickly change. I guess you just got to keep your focus.
