I put 1 star they need NO STARS ! Terrible African lady called Christine needs to be fired , she hit my 8 year old daughter. She leaves my Nan with cold food or no food , lies in the book about giving showers daily and she does not, does not make sure my Nan takes her medication , shes been told take off her shoes or use her shoe covers she never does ! Worst service ever, when called office to complain they was very rude and aggressive ! Only lady that does amazing job is a lady called Peaches she is brilliant but its a shame she only works weekend !
