Sacha is a fantastic project manager and builder who was there with us every step of the way in the renovation of our old Victorian house near Columbia Road. The project was initially only going to include removing an internal wall and levelling the floor downstairs. However, due to the age of the house a number of issues arose which led us opting for a full renovation including: replacing the joists, flooring, staircase, walls, ceilings, doors, and radiators, installing a small bathroom under the staircase, and re-wiring, plastering, decorating, tiling, and insulating the house. Sacha has a close relationship with a number of great tradesmen, meaning he was able to arrange for plumbers, plasterers, tilers, carpenters, decorators, electricians, and engineers to come in. This saved us a lot of time and ensured top quality work. Despite the scope of the project, Sacha was able to complete it within 3 months (just in time for Christmas!) to a very high standard. I highly recommend the London Construction Company for any renovation project due to their communicativeness, work ethic, and craftsmanship.
