        The first package didn't arrive, when I questioned met with a very frosty unapologetic reply. Eventually refunded once I chased but again with no real apology. Back to my usual suppliers...I guess these guys were half price on Time Out for a reason.

        Dreadful - signed up for a regular coffee delivery service but nothing arrived. Waiting for a month. Called to enquire and got a 'so what' attitude. Cancelled, finally got my money back, would not waste my time here again.
