        Similar to recent reviews, I received a gift voucher in the pandemic for my birthday. Repeatedly emailed and called them to check on workshop booking options, request booking extension and refund, but they wont respond. So disappointing and unacceptable that they won't honour or even respond. Would not recommend.

        Bought a 100 voucher in the pandemic as was trying to support small business and have something to look forward to when things opened back up. Couldnt use for classes and shop has been closed for ages. They wont respond to my emails asking for an extension or refund but plenty of holidays/activity on their instagram. Wouldnt expect it from this kind of business but there you go. Going to have to go to the lengthy process of trying to get it back from my credit card side but such a faff. I would suggest avoiding - Skandihaus in Islington is good.

        I was given a gift card for my birthday last year. Ive been unable to spend it as all classes are booked well in advance and the online shop is closed. Ive tried to message on 3 occasions to ask for extension/refund only to not receive any form of response. Really disappointed.
