I will never recommend lccu to no one I've been calling the branch from this morning till now no answer I've sent so many emails no answer the cash machine says there is over 500 but my online banking says -66 they are so unprofessional

Staff member at Mare Street told me my Savings account was switched to a current account. Went to Stratford was told it's still a savings account and gave me a printout of the accounts I have. Someone I know had some of the he wages disappear from his account and they could not explain where it went.

I went to Mare Street on 15th for my appointment. The customer service was very poor. The staff was behaved like she dont want me to be there. I applied for a loan. I didn't get any update from them. The phone calls never answered. Sent an email last week. No response. I sent an email today and said they declined my loan and sent me a email on 17th which I didn't receive yet. Luckily I lost only my 10 account opening fee.

How can a bank that doesn't communicate with customers still be allowed to operate? They even leave you to wait on hold for a call that's never going to get picked up. Scandalous! WORST BANK EVER! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Very very very bad Closes down branches reduce opening hours won't answer the phone and will if the mood takes them respond to messaging. Took over a year ( yes over a year) to locate an international bank transfer no apology of course. Asked for a breakdown of expenses on the transfer as it appeared way over the top still of course waiting a response will I get it I think not . How they can realy be this bad I do not know not saying everyone but 95% with the other 5% keeping the thing going. Hold Your head in shame
