In a nutshell, they give zero cares for outcomes for their clients. They pitched an influencer marketing project to onboard 30 influencers a month for 3 months (90 total). These would be influencers who recieve products and generate & share UGC content which can also repurpose.
In the pitch it was quite clear that their job was to have 90 influencers produce content (aka do something of value) and that they would project manage the entire process - all while seeking our approval along the way to only onboard specific creators.
Instead, Sarah frequently messaged influencers we didn't approve, and frequently forgot to reply and follow up with people she had engaged with (which is brand damaging).
After a disappointing engagement, they ended up abandoning the project, with ultimately less than half of influencers ever posting, and many more being sent products with no follow up or nurturing. She also left a string of comms unfinished with no change management once they decided the 3 months was over, despite producing less than half the results they promised. This left us with dozens of frustrated and confused influencers.
Getting influencers to post is a metric entirely in their control and is what they promised to do. But they argue that the service agreement doesn't require them to actually get influencers to post. So what's the point of the service then?
The engagement cost 9k and was a compete waste of money. It honestly felt like we got scammed.
Sarah and Patrick were shockingly unapologetic and Patrick didn't even have the decency to reply when I was honest and open about my disappointment.
Please avoid.
