        Unprofessional and utter disgrace, I spoke with Clare and she promised to send an email with information required to proceed with my case. Nothing followed. I chased via phone and text but all ignored. Do not deal with them if you are panic filing at the end of the year. I took my business elsewhere. I had used a different accountancy firm and they were professional from start to end. Todi & Co has been around for years and I thought I would give them a go. I was wrong - avoid.
