Very heavy handed with my timid sweet 1year old cat when taking his blood. Tied him up in that bodysuit for absolutely no reason, he has never scratched or anything of the sort and he was very very timid with them, so not sure why the hell they did that. One of the nurses also shouted at him. It petrified him. They also didn't even get his blood out properly after all that.
