Salusbury Road Post Office

The man who works here is extremely rude. Told me he couldnt send my parcel because the print wasnt to his satisfaction. Went to different post office and they did it without any trouble. Horrible, horrible customer service!

I asked the gentleman if he could take the tiny bag he said shouting its your rubbish then i asked him to bin the label as it was personal snapped it in front of everyone plrase complain to post office head office the community does not need this person

Absolutely shocked by the rudeness of the gentleman behind the counter. The customer in front of me was asking very reasonable questions about the price of different posting options. The gentleman behind the counter just wouldn't give clear straight answers and instead was curt and rude in his responses and questions back to him, even saying at one point: "Come on, this is a simple question which just needs a simple answer..". I will do my utmost to avoid this Post Office branch in the future.
