        The level of inefficiency Royal Mail is run with is baffling. On one occasion, I lost my red slip, went to the branch with my ID. The parcel is sitting on the shelf, the lady there physically holds my parcel and identifies it with my name and address as per my ID. She says she cannot give it to me without the red slip and it needs to be redelivered to me in the next few days. I ask why? Company policy. I really wish to know what the purpose of this policy is, but think wasted enough time for one day with Royal Mail.
