I have ordered pizza that wasnt good and the delivery man demanded extra money never order again from this pizza shop again.

Everytime we ordered, we were served with the good quality pizza and the staff was really polite. But the last time we ordered pizza and the wings but unfortunately we received the bad quality chicken which had a bad smell and dont taste right. On calling, the word was given that theyll be giving us the wings in our next order. Today I called to place order and as their staff had informed us to remind them regarding the chicken wings, I did so. The staff who answered the call was very rude and kept changing his words. To make a note the last time we dont ask for it but the staff offered it. It was really a bad experience and did not expect such kind of behaviour. If youre telling that if was some other staff, then may be you need to improvise your service. May be you can give the reference number to the customer when inconvenience is caused instead of treating the customer as a liar. Work on providing the better customer experience.
