Recently rented out my flat in Kensal Green with Winkworth Kensal Rise and am very happy with the service provided by Aaron Priscott and his team, from the initial consultation through to the tenants moving in. They are extremely professional and have a great knowledge of the market. They were able to get over the asking price (which I was definitely sceptical of), and provided me assistance with preparing the flat for renting as required. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
