Uduak Massage & Doula Services

I had a great experience with Uduak yesterday. I was gifted a 60m pregnancy massage and Uduak was able to see me at home 39+4. She was friendly upon arrival and an all round lovely person to speak with. We went through my consultation form and the process of the massage. She used relaxing massage music and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Uduak gave me some great tips and advice to keep me calm during the birthing process. I would recommend.

I had booked a prenatal massage but delivered prior to the appointment. Uduak then changed the appointment to a postnatal one. The massage was incredible, just what I needed. Uduak provided personalised care and gave advice as needed! Very friendly and approachable!

I recommend the pregnancy massage 1000% I was struggling with stiffness and pain during my twin pregnancy. Unable to lie in bed due to bed. After the massage I felt so light and relieved. Basic movements didn't feel like such a chore. That night I was able to lie flat in bed and have a relaxing sleep. Honestly 5 stars is not enough. Because mentally I feel better too. Amazing
