Absolute appalling customer service. Talked this place up to a friend. Put in an order at 8pm and was told it would be a 20 minute wait- this was fine. After waiting patiently for 30 minutes, went to the counter to ask if it would be much longer (thinking they had forgotten our order). Was told to just sit down and wait. Everyone who ordered while we waited already received their order. Another 20 minutes later and went to the counter to ask again. Was told it was coming, the lady went to the back quickly and heard her squeezing the mayonnaise container and was just making the burgers then (obviously forgot our order). When I went to pick up the order at the counter, told the man we have waited 50 minutes after being told it was only going to be a 20 minute wait. He just shrugged- as if to say it is what it is. Have been a few times but will never go again!!!
