Very bad experience its more than one week than Im waiting my duvet. No message received, 3 times the shop was closed. I want a REFUND immediately!

The lady on duty couldn't have been more helpful. I highly recommend. Offered help folding, and she popped my washing in the dryer. Also helped me fix the chord on my trousers. Excellent service

useless !!!! dropped off clothes yesterday, told they would be open today. went to pick up over priced service wash, CLOSED. i specifically asked if they would be open today. the woman was rude when i dropped off, lied about being open today, even though the web site says they are open. i have to go buy new work clothes for tomorrow, Monday. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. a hand written sign is up saying closed not only today but also tomorrow. drop off saturday, no chance to pick up til tues !!! pathetic business !!
