It's not the fact they charged me twice for the same alteration job that could have been avoided had a skilled tailor measured it. Nor the fact that they quoted me one price, then charged me an extra 10 on collection of my vintage woolen coat which still had a trace of the odor which was meant to have been removed . What upsets me is that they have the audacity to charge double anyone in the area, and make no effort to even attempt to do right by the customer. I can look past the money, the odor, even the mistake in alteration, however the level of customer service equivalent with that level of pricing in my opinion requires far more expertise than they boast. Better off going to Esquire in my opinion.

Absolutely brilliant dry cleaners. Have used them for everything, from getting my husband's wedding tuxedo cleaned, to fixing dresses and making cushion covers. Would highly recommend.
