        This dental care emailed me just before the bank holiday to remind me of an appointment with them immediately after the holiday. When I still managed to call them, the receptionist could not listen and was very rude with blaming tone, so I had to cancel the appointment I had booked a very long time ago.

        Just wanted to say thanks to Selina and Dr Sharma for a quick, efficient and friendly service. Needed to visit at short notice having chipped my tooth and they managed to squeeze me in to a busy schedule, solve the problem and agree a medium term plan as well.

        Whoever is at reception should get the sack, have been calling ALL WEEK left few voicemails yet no response. The basic level role of a receptionist is to ANSWER CLIENTS CALLS OR RESPOND. Absolute rubbish.

        I've been a patient at this practice for almost 20 years and have always had - as much as a visit to the dentist can be! - a great experience. Mr Sharma has a kind and gentle manner, is really informative and has always kept my teeth in great shape. Treatment has always been excellent and attentive. I have only stopped using them because I've moved, but would fully recommend them to anyone in the Kensal Rise or Queens Park area. Thanks team!
