This is the kind of establishment where you grab your chosen loaf and take it to the counter ready to pick your ingredients. Be prepared for boulders of Parmigiano to go with your Parma ham sandwich and- as that arrives in your hand- life simply couldnt get much better!
This has become a regular work stop-over and I shall miss it dearly as I move onto pastures new.
