Dark Habit

First time here. Certainly an interesting experience. At first glance a very hipster space. Customer in front of us asked for a macchiato, he was told they couldnt do that, but they could do a cortado instead. In what world, when you have coffee and milk in your possession, you cant make a macchiato? Then came our turn. Very awkward barista. Dementor level joy-suck abilities. Ordered a long black with oat milk. If I hadnt read the other reviews I would have thought I was being over sensitive; When asked if I wanted hot or cold milk in the long black, I felt like it was a test. Not sure if I passed and dont care tbh. Coffee is good but this isnt the early 2000s in a dark alley in Shoreditch, there are heaps upon heaps of great coffee roasters and brewers in London now. No paying customer should put up with bad service and limited choice, just because the service provider is a snub in their field. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.
