I had a on going issue with my lower back for the past few weeks due pulling a muscle while at gymI went to go see Ben and on the first session I noticed a difference straight away and the pain was gone, he also helped with other issue I have aswell. One thing I really like about Ben is his natural practice approach to healing and feeling pain free with simple techniques without taking any medication - which really have helped me with my day to dad life!! Highly recommend Ben!

I say 4 starts instead of 5 because, as with everything in life, there's always room for improvement! But I'm very pleased with the treatment so far. For years I've suffered with lots of aches & pains all over my body, stiffness and low levels of energy. I was very impressed that with just one session with Ben, the pain and stiffness on my hips have gone! And a good 50% improvement in other problematic areas too! After listening to my health and lifestyle history, he gave me a good explanation on the possible causes of my aches and pains some really good tips on how to manage them. I recommend his services 100%

I came to Ben to sort out awful lower back pain and my spine was all twisted. He sorted me out in just a few sessions. Very gentle moves which I was apprehensive about at first, but it worked!! Hes the best! Highly recommend. I have also since been to see him for other issues and he always manages to fix what ever issue I have. Thank you Ben :)

I visited London Family Chiropractor after suffering with pain in my kneck and shoulder, which caused me great difficulties with sleep and even getting out of bed at times. After one session with Ben, I felt immediate relief which only grew as the week went by. I actually felt no pain after around 2 days following the session, which amazed me. I also noticed i was standing taller immediately after both the first and second session. I believe Ben really is a great natural healer and provides a very relaxing environment for his sessions which I have also appreciated. I cannot recommend Ben enough, and I certainly will continue to use his services as I have seen immense benefits after such a short space of time. Thank you Ben!
