        They ruined my nails, my nails are always so strong and healthy. My nails now have never felt so flimsy. The gent who done my manicure used the file machine to take off my shellac. He filed away so much that I could feel the heat from the Nail file on my nail skin beneath my nail.. even when I type my nails feel like they are about to snap. Generally my natural nails are strong. Always getting compliments on how natural and strong they are. I returned and the next day and the lady was kind enough to redo them and add a nail solution or treatment to make them feel stronger But my nails still feel weak and bend easily I highly would not recommend Service: Manicure

        Ive done my nails for years in different salons around London and Ive never been treated this way. Removing and making new shellac took less than 10min. I asked if I please could wash my hands before she started painting as my hands were full of dust, she told me NO not now, you wash your hands when you are finished. I was never even offered to have a proper manicure and no cuticles were removed. Absolutely no customer service at all. Avoid at all cost. Service: Manicure

        Not often do I give reviews, but this time I have to mention my disappointment. I had my eyebrows done, and one is looking different from the other. The lady took too much hair, and the shape is so ugly that I cant stand looking at it.

        Terrible experience. One day after a manicure painted with OPI, the nail polish started chipping. I went back and asked to get it repainted and they said they dont have guarantee on regular nail polish. I explained how their nail polish mustve been expired or something because its not normal for it to start chipping so quickly and the entire salon staff there hanged up against me and blamed it on OPI saying theyre not making good nail polish anymore. But if this is the case, why are you still offering it and making customers pay for it? And I wont even start mentioning the quality of the manicure. I couldve done a better job myself. Terrible place, unprofessional staff, highly doubt they sanitize their instruments. Id recommend to stay away from this place.
