        Moved into a house with this security firms alarm installed. The most unprofessional rude staff I have encountered for some time, unhelpful to the extreme no explanation given other than you dont have a service agreement. They were right, I dont, and Im 100% sure I wont have with this firm either! Well done on retaining customers, I suggest some customer relation training is required! So many options on the market there really is no need to put up with an inferior outfit such as this!

        Contacted Allied Security after a burglary, they came round very quickly and installed the alarm system a few days later. I got quotes from a few companies and chose Allied Security because of the system features and the optional lifetime warranty with the all inclusive servicing agreement. It has been completely reliable and very easy to use with the extra key fobs we bought. Friendly, fast and efficient service, highly recommended
