wish i could put 0 stars, this only applies to the woman working there as the man was lovely and helped me as much as he could. i showed the nail design i wanted which was quite simple and double checked over and over again if she was able and happy to do it. she starts on my nails, it all goes fine until the end. i check on them to see if there all okay and i see that my ring finger is going off to the side. i ask politely if she could fix it, she starts to file my nail for about 10 seconds and then leaves it. after that she then disappeared to the back room im guessing and i start talking to my friend, asking her if they were still wonky, the man fixes them as best he could however there wasnt much he could do as it was the way shes put the nail on. she comes out and takes a fiver off the original price, not even attempting to try and fix the nail. i left quite disappointed and if i wasnt leaving the country tomorrow i would be going back.

Wife loves it. She's been to many over the years but all I ever hear about is this place, so must be good
