Evergreen Joinery

Very disappointed. I paid a small fortune to have new windows installed by this company a couple of years ago. Initially I was fairly pleased but multiple windows are leaking. After calling, they said they would send someone round but have not returned my calls since. Avoid due to poor quality and poor customer service

I had been charged a lot of money to fix a step on a stair and he fixed it but a week later there was a problem with it and when I asked him to come back he refused. I then sent him an email that I would go to the Ombudsman he replied that he would come back and give me new dates a month later I've never heard from him. I would not use his service and be very careful if you do.

do not use this company! they are very rude and have not resolved the issues i am still facing with their craftsmanship. They took my money easy enough. Take my advice and shop around and use another company.

Use this company with caution, I wish had, because I fell in love with the results spending money I don't have. However I would do it all over again. The transformation has been incredible I am the envy of my neighbours. Richard the owner of Evergreen Joinery first visited my house and quoted in 2015 using his pushy and persuasive Sales Tactics he secured the sale in December 2017. I now wish I had the money to of had this done years ago. It has transformed my property, it is the first feature anyone sees when entering the property. It now looks fresh and Modern. I first contacted a company who advertises on the TV, they visited my house measured and quoted a figure 14 times higher than Evergreen charged. Richard shows a great attention to detail and takes great pride in his work. If your unhappy with your staircase or just wanting to give your property a lift. Give Richard at Evergreen a chance you will not regret it. Look at the picture I have uploaded and see how my house has been transformed into a Home. Well done Evergreen
