Capital Dry Cleaners

Please AVOID at all cost!! Please avoid using CAPITAL DRY CLEANERS at 5High Street, on Caterham on-the-hill. Cut our expensive curtains one inch and too short when we asked the final length to be 205cm. The irony is that one curtain was cut at 203cm too short and the other one at 204cm. We had big gaps at the bottom with light coming in and these were no longer serving us. When we complaint we were faced with aggressive attitude, shouted at and were told in a way to get lost and that he would not fix the fault. We had to pay a lot for someone else to fix the curtains. These had an sentimental value to us as these were made by my mum. This guy has to be reported to the Trading Standards. Sent from my iPad Service: Alterations

I took a dress here to be shortened. While the tailor did spend time pinning it - after three days said he couldnt do it. And cut my dress without telling me. Taking it to another tailor it has cost me an extra 20, unfortunately having spoken to this tailor he has denied cutting as much despite photographic evidence and hasnt offered any compensation. I would not say you could use this person as a trusted tailor for anything more than a simple hem Service: Alterations

I could not have asked for a better service! The women who helped me today was brilliant, took her time and we worked out what was right for me in terms of an alteration! 100% recommend

I have used this dry cleaners a number of times and they don't press my trousers very well. I've just received a pair back and there are creases all over them. I won't use them again
