First time speaking on the phone and not helpful at all. We sent an enquiry to register with this practice and the next day we received a reply asking us to give a call which we did and we were asked for some details as they are not taking any patients at the moment but dont worry my love we may call you next year. .

It is hard to describe what happened to me at this place. I went there injured by another dentist. I was shaken up by what was done to me and suffering from burning mouth syndrome. I also had a tooth full of rotting cotton wool. At first, they agreed to do the root canal treatment for me, as by that point I had infected tooth and irreversible pulpits. Then, because I complained about chronic pain, they asked me who the dentist who injured me was and after I told them, they refused to help me. They referred me to the hospital instead, saying that I will see somebody in a week or two, they said I might have cancer. All in order to get me out the door. They didnt follow up on the referral they sent. I havent got to see anybody at the hospital for 6 months. I had to sort myself out elsewhere. The trauma I have experienced at this place should not be experienced by anybody. Now, of course, they are denying everything. They are denying what they said and they are saying that they have no influence over the hospital waiting list. The dentists I saw at this practice were: Zianeb Ahmed and Ahmed Said. I have never before experienced that kind of cruelty. If they dont want you as their patient, it doesnt matter what condition you are in, they wont help you. So, I would definitely avoid this place, especially in an emergency. They made up a policy, just for me, too. Apparently, they dont re-send referrals to the hospital for 6 weeks, from the day that the patient tells them, the referral is missing. Thats what I heard while I waited for my hospital appointment with my tooth infected, unable to eat or sleep and with headaches that resembled electric shocks to the brain. Again, nothing but a cruelty. Please remember, dentists are not doctors. Dental Surgeries are private businesses and you are supposed to be treated with respect and care. This place offers neither. So no, I do not recommend this dental surgery at all and to anybody!

Just wanted to leave a big thank you to Michelle, although we have not been patients at this surgery for some time, she really put herself out to help us resolve a clerical issue we had with the NHS . The staff at this dental surgery have always been friendly and helpful and have always gone above and beyond. We are so sorry that we have moved out of the area and are no longer able to go there for our dental treatment. I would certainly recommend this practice either for NHS treatments or the private services they offer.
