Fiona is fantastic! From our first appointment I felt immediately comfortable in safe space to be open, honest and relaxed. Fiona really takes the time to listen, understand and get a full picture of my lifestyle, concerns and stressors in each of our sessions. Every visit has been an amazing experience / feeling that is difficult to do justice to explaining in words. Would recommend Fiona and Caterham acupuncture in a heartbeat!

Having found Fiona after some research into local acupuncture therapists, I suggested to my partner that she might want to try it to help treat her symptoms of post viral fatigue after Covid. Prior to her first session even climbing stairs was making her breathless. After the first session the results were very positive and with each subsequent session there has been significant improvement. My partner is now saying that she feels almost completely normal. The results speak for themselves and we both have no hesitation in recommending Fiona. There really is nothing to lose and much to gain as we have found.

I first started seeing Fiona just over a year ago and im beyond impressed- Id give 10 stars if I could! Her person centred approach is what sets her apart from clinical acupuncture. She really took the time to listen understand my invidual situation. I first saw Fiona to help with stress relief and sleep, she has been a huge part of improving my wellbeing and I am so grateful to her. I will continue to visit Fiona as and when needed. If anyone is looking to start with acupuncture I highly recommend Fiona, shes exceptional!

I have always been suffering from back and neck pain since my early teens. I have tried ALL sorts of methods, doctors and exercise regimes... now, at age 41, I found Accupunture!!! Hand on heart, this has proven the only effective release of my pain, without the pain. Fiona has been my saving grace! She is professional in every way and in the same time making you feel absolutely warm and welcome while she works her miracles Thank you Fiona.
