Trust all the negative reviews here. I was once shouted at by a middle age man when I simply didnt hear him. He banged the window so hard and shouted. He was so rude so I gave an attitude back, saying I just didnt hear him, then he told me they wouldnt serve me and kicked me out. Another lady always shouts at me. Another man always grumpy. All the staff here are so rude and grumpy. Locals know how rude they are so they always avoid (I try to avoid as well). Go to High Street Kensington branch for a better and trusty service, if you dont want to have your day ruined.
