Horrible, made an appointment for a simple nail polish lines, the worker said there is no time. Dont go, bas business and customer service

Avoid this place at all costs. Firstly, they didnt do my nails as specifically shown to them in a photograph and agreed in advance (shape and length); they then talked about me to one another when I asked for my nails to be corrected; then gave me the most careless pedicure Ive ever had; then overcharged me. I now still have to pay elsewhere to have them corrected. Never again; stick to Chloes.

Beautiful salon extremely stylish, clean and spacious. The do amazing manicures and pedicures. I have been using them for years would highly recommend !

I got my old gel removed & reapplied - The process was so fast, smooth & clean. Im totally coming back

I am constantly unimpressed by this place. To start, the receptionist is very rude and aggressive when she speaks. Second, I went there to get a manicure with nail art which they said they could do. However, they failed to do the nail art which resulted in me having to remove my nail polish twice and having to come back twice. It was a very rushed job. the manicurist had a bleeding finger and the blood came on me. She didnt wash her hands or change the tools she was using. Every time I book an appointment with them at a set time I go and they make me wait for 15 minutes. This is because they take in a lot of walk-in clients. The staff also speak and laugh about clients in front of them in their language. Also as you can see below the response was that there is no record of me, its because they spell my name wrong each time. I have been to this salon more than 16 times. This was my experience at the salon.
