        A great experience today, Sue was fantastic so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to help me. The best card selection around, some funny and some beautiful, something for everyone.

        I had a really positive shopping experience today. I was served by Sue who helped me decide which card I should get for a friend. When I explained the sentimental value she kindly sorted me with a complimentary card. Thanks Sue! It was really kind and helpful.

        I went on Monday 18th July when I was in a hurry but had to buy a card - the young lady in the shop was brilliant, efficient, calm, friendly, super helpful. The fire alarm drill went off so everyone had to evacuate the Tube station but after telling everyone they had to leave everything was done efficiently and decisively. Thanks so much, it was much appreciated.
